Desk-Friendly Exercises

No gym. No equipment. No excuses. Everything here can be done in your room, between coding sessions.

The 45-Minute Rule

Every 45 minutes of sitting, stand up and move for 5 minutes. Your body starts shutting down metabolically after prolonged sitting — muscles stop burning fat, blood flow slows, and insulin sensitivity drops.
